Educational and Coaching Nature: Our coaching and advisory sessions are designed to facilitate inner clarity, self-trust, and professional alignment. Coaching is a collaborative process and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical/psychological therapy.
No Guarantees: While we walk alongside you to support lasting transformation, individual outcomes depend on a variety of personal factors. We make no explicit guarantees regarding job placement, specific career promotions, or financial metrics.
2. Book Purchases via Third Parties
The book The Return Within is made available for purchase through third-party retailers, including Amazon.
Third-Party Fulfillment: Any transactions, billing issues, shipping, physical distribution, or return requests for the book are subject entirely to the terms, conditions, and customer support policies of Amazon or the specific merchant fulfilled by. 4. Payment and Fees for Direct Services
Fees for leadership packages, speaking engagements, or advisory services are due as specified in your distinct service agreement or invoice. All transactions are securely processed.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
Coaching & Advisory Sessions: Clients must give at least 24 hours' notice if they need to reschedule a pre-booked 1-on-1 coaching session. Cancellations or no-shows within less than 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of that session's time and fee.
Services & Direct Products: Due to the personalized and deeply tailored nature of professional coaching and advisory packages, fees for completed sessions or downloadable guides are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a signed contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lisa Schmidt Coaching shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or reliance upon the strategies, stories, or coaching insights provided. Your choice to implement any career or leadership shifts is entirely your own responsibility.
